Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150, automatically applied at checkout with no code required. For orders below $150, standard domestic shipping is $8.99. Express shipping is available for $14.99 and delivers within 1 to 2 business days. For international orders, shipping rates start from $12.99 depending on your location, with estimated delivery times between 7 and 21 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account under My Orders. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, which is outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@[yourplatform].com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate with the courier. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

Multi-Brand Orders

As a multi-brand marketplace, some orders may ship directly from our brand partners. In this case, items from different brands may arrive in separate packages, each with their own tracking number. Delivery times may vary slightly per brand.
